If there is anything essential in life to teach then it is all aspects of becoming a loving, kind and caring human being which is achieved by the healthy actions of leadership role models and followed by the actions of community development programs that teach the important aspects and qualities of being human in schools. Changing the paradigm of the learning process we use in schools from isolated learning to interactive learning amongst students is essential to healthy growth and development of the individual regardless of the environment of their home life. A child needs only to witness the role modeling of healthy peers and adults in order to feel a difference which evokes a desire to experience and simulate the same because it is their innate nature. It is not only the responsibility of schools to provide this kind of positive interactive learning paradigm but incumbent upon them in a world where not everyone has the good fortune to be raised in a healthy home environment. It is these types of measures which will make a positive impact on a society and not actions which arm teachers and others in schools therefore creating a potential war zone in a child’s classroom. That is an oxymoronic act of insanity. The problem is the free access and excess presence of killing machines in a country which condones it. I know of no other country in the world which has the level of homicide that occurs hourly in AMerica due to the excess presence of life killing weapons made freely available to the public.
