When we are clear and anchored with understanding within ourselves then we have the ability to ACT WITH REASON in Government affairs rather than from a place of fear. It is precisely from this place which responsibility must emerge for otherwise the threat of fearful thoughts from ones mind is too great a danger to those who entertain them and the masses who might be affected by the irresponsible actions of leaders under the influence of unanchored thoughts. – A Smith
