It is ILLEGAL to involve any human being in experimental research and exposure to harm without their CONSENT yet it has been going on for centuries. Now it is time to arrest all those perpetuating it worldwide and all those proliferating it through current research, manufacturing and use. Warfare is an extreme overt example of this and preimptive attacks are no excuse.
