WHEN THOSE WHO WRITE THE LAWS ARE ABOVE THE LAWS WE HAVE A SERIOUS JUDICIAL PROBLEM WHICH IS DANGEROUS TO EVERYONE IN A SOCIETY AND THE WORLD. INDIVIDUALS, ENTITIES AND CORPORATIONS HOLDING UNELECTED INFLUENCES AND POWERS OVER THOSE ELECTED IN GOVERNMENT PRESENTS A VERY SERIOUS SCENARIO. THE FALSE POWER OF MASSIVE WEALTH CONTROLLING THE MEDIA PROPAGANDA WITHOUT REGULATION CAN INSTILL FEAR AND MISLEAD THE PEOPLE INTO DANGEROUS SITUATIONS AND COMPLETELY DESTROY A COUNTRY AND OR HUMANITY WHEN HUMAN’S RIGHTS AND HEALTH CHOICES ARE AT STAKE,

Episodes must be exposed, documented, and punished
Shortly before Germany invaded Poland in 1939, Adolf Hitler made a secret speech which set the scene for the cycle of genocide in the second world war. Addressing his top military advisers at the “wolf’s lair” at Obersalzberg, Hitler set out his plans for the settlement of Poland after the successful completion of the military campaign (see p 1416).1 “Poland will be depopulated and settled with Germans,” he said. Just as Genghis Khan had “sent millions of women and children into death knowingly and with a light heart,” he had ordered the SS death’s head formations to kill without mercy “many women and children of Polish origin and language.” Only thus “can we gain the living space we need.” And, referring to the lack of international condemnation of massacres of the Armenians in Turkey in the first world war, he went on to say, “Who after all is today speaking about the destruction of the Armenians?” The speech so shocked a member of the audience that a copy was smuggled out to the British Embassy and hence to the files of the Foreign Office in London. There it has lain more or less undisturbed.2
Genocide—the deliberate wiping out of one race or ethnic group by another—is the extreme form of abuse of human rights. Until recently, the term has tended to be associated with a single historical event, the so called “holocaust”—the attempted extermination by Nazi Germany of the Jews throughout Europe. But more immediate events in Bosnia and in Rwanda and Burundi suggest that the urge within a group to “cleanse itself” of others (whether differing in colour, creed, or ethnicity) is much more general. Indeed, it may be that a latent impulse towards genocide is as old as the human race itself.

Robert Malone—a medical doctor and an infectious-disease researcher—recently suggested that the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines might actually make COVID-19 infections worse. He chuckled as he imagined Anthony Fauci announcing that the vaccination campaign was all a big mistake (“Oh darn, I was wrong!”) and would need to be abandoned. When he floated that nightmare scenario during a recent podcast interview with Steve Bannon, both men seemed almost delighted at the prospect of public-health officials and pharmaceutical companies getting their comeuppance. “This is a catastrophe,” Bannon declared, beaming at his guest. “You’re hearing it from an individual who invented the mRNA [vaccine] and has dedicated his life to vaccines. He’s the opposite of an anti-vaxxer.”
Wherever he appears, Malone is billed as the inventor of mRNA vaccines. It’s in his Twitter bio. “I literally invented mRNA technology when I was 28,” says Malone, who is now 61. If that’s true—or, more to the point, if Malone believes it to be true—then you might expect him to be championing a very different message in his media appearances. According to one recent study, the innovation for which he claims to be responsible has already saved hundreds of thousands of lives in the United States alone; there’s talk that it may soon lead to a round of Nobel Prizes. It’s the kind of validation that few scientists in history have ever received. Yet instead of taking a victory lap, Malone has emerged as one of the most vocal critics of his own alleged accomplishment. He’s sowed doubt about the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines on pretty much any podcast or YouTube channel that will have him.

Introduction
The judgment by the war crimes tribunal at Nuremberg laid down 10 standards to which physicians must conform when carrying out experiments on human subjects in a new code that is now accepted worldwide.
This judgment established a new standard of ethical medical behaviour for the post World War II human rights era. Amongst other requirements, this document enunciates the requirement of voluntary informed consent of the human subject. The principle of voluntary informed consent protects the right of the individual to control his own body.
This code also recognizes that the risk must be weighed against the expected benefit, and that unnecessary pain and suffering must be avoided.
This code recognizes that doctors should avoid actions that injure human patients.
The principles established by this code for medical practice now have been extended into general codes of medical ethics.

Permissible Medical Experiments
The great weight of the evidence before us to effect that certain types of medical experiments on human beings, when kept within reasonably well-defined bounds, conform to the ethics of the medical profession generally. The protagonists of the practice of human experimentation justify their views on the basis that such experiments yield results for the good of society that are unprocurable by other methods or means of study. All agree, however, that certain basic principles must be observed in order to satisfy moral, ethical and legal concepts:
1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.
The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment.
