HOPE IS OUR TICKET TO FREEDOM. If we have hope we can move out of difficult and challenging situations by changing our perspective on our situations. If we are feeling organically happy like a spring from the well of happiness within us then it is much easier to have hope. This usually happens when we set aside time daily to meditate and nurture our inner needs. A good feeling from within usually comes when we do something that takes us in the right direction to self fulfillment. Pursuing activities that gives one Hope and makes one FEEL Good is a basic way to gain more Hope. Taking positive actions that makes one feel HOPEFUL is very helpful. Doing something you always wanted to do but never had time. Starting a creative project that you enjoy and can share with others. Making a difference in the lives of others and those you care for is a wonderful way to feel better right away.
Joining a Protest to stand up for your beliefs with others which would otherwise bother you if you did nothing gives one a renewed sense of Hope and a feeling of Community and Accomplishment. Affiliating with a church or meditation group that resonates with your same views also gives one a sense of Hope and can offer new and positive friendships. We all have Trauma in our lives and joining a group training on the subject can be very healing.
What this all comes down to is that we have the GIFT of CHOICE and the power to use it to Activate Change in lives. It is our daily actions that mold our lives and dictate our Freedoms and how we feel at any given moment. Choice and HOPE are like magic tickets and Rights that we have from Birth. We only need to utilize them in order to activate the Feeling of Freedom and Joy Daily.
