Without Consciousness the mind can become a divisive tool which can harm the self and all mankind. Until the Human Being learns to occupy himself with the Enjoyment of Life he runs the risk of being consumed by trivial matters of power and material wealth which can result in great chaos and loss of safety for the masses. This is particularly true of those in power who should be screened for their sanity and wisdom and ability to spread peace amongst leaders and dismantle all warfare technologies and machines before ever being allowed to run for a governing office or given any power.
